Our client is a world leading ICT company and are working with leading companies across all industries. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Delivery Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity has arisen in Dublin to support one of their key customers and you will be working mostly onsite at the customer's Central Dublin offices, focusing on the infrastructure services and support the client provides to them. 


Role Description

This is a client facing role working with a team of professionals. In this job you will be accountable for leading service delivery to key customers in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements. Your main responsibilities will include: 


  • Actively own service risks, controls service costs and improve productivity of high complexity contracts for customers and the client in order to increase profitability and continually improve cost effectiveness
  • Identify and define requirements for new services in conjunction with the customer
  • Lead internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as ‘one service team’ to customers
  • Be a regular contributor to the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards and practices
  • Lead and develop your team to build business capability and provide direction
  • Responsible for managing contract lifecycle
  • Responsible for P&L, developing ongoing revenue improvement



  • 3+ years experience in a Service Delivery Management role
  • ITIL Foundation V3 certified or relevant Bachelors Degree
  • Proven ability to deliver in a challenging, transaction based environment
  • Offshore/Nearshore resource management
  • Proven track record of delivering services and projects on time and within budget
  • Managing relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Proven ability of managing technical and administrative teams to delivery on contracted outcomes
