Office Manager Role 

GemPool are actively looking for an Office Manager for an office-based role who can act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO in a leading, rapidly growing cyber-security company. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, confident individual who has a high level of attention to detail.

This is a new position where you will be supporting the office functions by carrying out administrative tasks whilst also providing PA administrative support to the CEO. You will have the chance to work in a fun and dynamic team where you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop skills. 


Location : Dublin


  •  Workflow and diary management

  • Arranging travel and ensuring passports and itineraries are up to date

  • Run business errands for the CEO

  • Liaise with CEO daily and carry out administrative tasks

  • First point of contact and screening for incoming calls

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

  • Flexibility in carrying out other tasks which may arise



  • 3+ years experience in a role supporting at Senior level

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a Self-Starter with a desire to succeed

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
