As the successful candidate, you will be reporting to the Senior HR Generalist which involves supporting the HR and office function by carrying out administrative tasks so that the business can operate more effectively.
- Experience providing operational and administrative support to recruitment, placing adverts, setting up interviews and also preparing the interview documents.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- First point of contact and screening for incoming calls.
- Must have a HR Qualification or working towards one which is accredited by CIPD.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
